In the centre of a beech forest, an environment that has kept all the assets that nature has given it, you will find a haven of relaxation in Natura Fitness.

Keep-fit centre
Sports centre containing:
- 2 squash rooms
- A bodybuilding room equipped with around fifteen apparatuses.
- A keep-fit room for group courses (step, body-barre, stomach-buttock training, stretching...)
- A water-sport centre with relaxation pools, sauna, hammam, jaccuzi, hydrojets massage
Decreasing prices: adults, students, children.
Set prices for the day, week, fortnight, month or season.
Group admission: by reservation (minimum of 15 persons)
Open from February 11 to september30 2008 :
- Half-day from February to June and from September to October:
- Monday and Wednesday from 14:00 to 19:00
- Thursday from 14:00 to 21:00
- Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 14:00 to 20:00
- Sunday from 17:00 to 20:00
- All day in July and August:
- Mornings from 9:30 to 12:00
- Monday and Wednesday from 14:00 to 19:00
- Thursday from 14:00 to 21:00
- Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 14:00 to 20:00
- Sunday from 17:00 to 20:00
Discovery offer: admission to the water sports centre for €6:
- During February, March, September from 18:00 every evening
- During April to August from 19:00 every evening
- The whole season: Sundays from 17:00 to 20:00
