The "Pounti"Serve hot, as a starter, accompanied by tomato purée, salad or quite simply on its own.
Ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 200°. Make the pancake batter slightly thick.
Add a finely chopped mixture of:
Coat the butter terrine, possibly covering with bard or fine slices of bacon. Pour half of the mixture into the terrine.
Put on a bed of prunes left to swell overnight; then add the second half of the mixture.
Put in the oven for a good hour; let the preparation darken.
